The CGE Cooperative is a network of service providers,
educators, and researchers in a variety of settings whose mission is
to meet the continuing education needs of health and social service
providers working with older persons.

The Long Term Care Resource Centre
The mission of the LTCRC is to provide long term care clinicians and
managers with timely, up-to-date information that will improve the quality
of care and life for people receiving long term care in facilities and
community agencies through a collaborative information access system.
The Long Term Care Resource Centre (LTCRC) is based out of St. Peter’s
Hospital and serves the greater Hamilton area.

DEMENTIA EDUCATION PROGRAM for FAMILY PHYSICIANS
Free accredited program to enhance the capacity of primary care physicians to manage patients with dementia - screening, assessment, diaganosis, treatment. Delivered by Geriatrician or Geriatric Psychiatrist.
