The Regional Geriatric Program central is responsible for seven district areas. All have the their own distinct population health characteristics. As this site develops, we will be providing links to population health data specific to each area. As well an inventory of specialized geriatric services and resources per area will be provided. It is expected this data will facilitate networking, improved coordination of service delivery and more informed decision making.
