Collaboration
A key to the success of any regional program is the degree of collaboration
that is evident when developing and implementing strategic plans.
Our regional program has the privilege of working with many diverse
partners across the continuum of care. We recognize
productive working relationships help produce outcomes that are:
- Sustainable as a result of stakeholder feedback and “buy
in”
- Broadly supported in the community,
- Enriched through healthy debate and discussion
- Focus projects and reduce redundancy of effort and
- Recognize the interdependency of system components in the delivery
of care (we can’t afford to work in isolation of each other)
We have a working relationship
with the following organizations/committees:
- Acute Care
- Long Term Care
